1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using the WaveAI Pro website, platform, or any service made available through them (together, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” refers to that entity.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Service. Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
2. The service
WaveAI Pro provides a value-added services (VAS) platform that enables the creation, delivery, and billing of digital content and subscription services across messaging channels and carrier networks in the Middle East and North Africa and other regions. The specific features, channels, and payment methods available may vary by market, operator, and agreement.
We may add, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes that affect active services.
3. Eligibility & accounts
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. Where the Service is offered to businesses, you must be authorised to act for the organisation you represent.
If the Service requires an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Some services are offered on a subscription basis and may be billed through direct carrier billing (charges applied to your mobile account by your operator), cards, digital wallets, or other supported payment methods. Where a subscription requires consent, you will be asked to confirm your opt-in before any charge is applied.
- Prices, billing intervals, applicable taxes, and currency are presented at the point of subscription and may vary by market and operator.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled, unless described as a one-time purchase.
- You can cancel at any time as described in our Cancellation Policy. Refunds, where applicable, are handled under our Refund Policy.
- Carrier charges are ultimately subject to your mobile operator’s terms, balance, and billing rules.

5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Break any applicable law, regulation, or operator or industry rule;
- Send unsolicited, deceptive, or unlawful communications, or infringe others’ rights;
- Upload or generate content that is unlawful, harmful, hateful, or otherwise prohibited under our Disclaimer & Content Policy;
- Interfere with, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems;
- Misuse, resell, or reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by law.
We may suspend or restrict access to protect the Service, our users, operators, or third parties.
6. Content & intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by WaveAI Pro or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Content generated or delivered through the Service is subject to the terms under which it is provided. You are responsible for ensuring that any material you submit, request, or distribute complies with applicable law and third-party rights.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on and integrates with third parties, including mobile operators, payment aggregators, messaging providers, and technology vendors. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or availability.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that generated content will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WaveAI Pro and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Term & termination
These Terms apply while you use the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or where required to protect the Service or comply with law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WaveAI Pro is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless applicable law provides otherwise.
12. Changes & contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
