Pricing & Subscriptions

Pricing is set per service and market. This page explains how subscriptions, billing, and charges work across the platform.

How pricing works

Services on the platform are typically offered as subscriptions. Because services differ by market, operator, and audience, the exact price, billing interval, and terms are shown to you at the point of subscription — before you confirm. There are no hidden charges: what you see at opt-in is what applies.

Billing methods

Depending on the service and your market, subscriptions may be billed through:

  • Direct carrier billing (DCB) — charged to your mobile account by your operator, no card required;
  • Cards — major debit and credit cards, where supported;
  • Digital wallets and local payment methods — where available in your market.

The methods offered are shown at checkout or opt-in.

Renewal intervals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown — commonly daily, weekly, or monthly — until you cancel. Some services may be offered as a one-time purchase rather than a recurring subscription; this is made clear before you confirm.

Taxes & currency

Prices are shown in the currency of your market and may be inclusive of applicable taxes, depending on local rules and operator arrangements. Any taxes or fees that apply are reflected in the price you are shown.

Price changes

If the price of an active subscription changes, we will provide notice consistent with applicable law and operator rules, so you can decide whether to continue.

Trials & promotions

Some services may offer a trial or promotional period. The terms — including duration and what happens when the trial ends — are shown when you subscribe.

How charges appear

For carrier-billed services, charges appear on your mobile bill or are deducted from your prepaid balance, according to your operator’s billing cycle. For card and wallet payments, charges appear via the relevant payment provider.

Cancelling & refunds

You can cancel at any time — see our Cancellation Policy. Where a refund applies, our Refund Policy explains how to request one. Full terms are set out in our Terms of Service.
